| 815 Alfa BalconySEAL The safe sealant for balcony and terraceAlfa BalconySEAL is especially used for the surficial area sealing of balconies and terraces. Ideal as subsurface for a later laying of tiles. Alfa BalconySEAL is prepared and can be used directly also on wet subsurfaces!The application is to be carried out in 2 coatings via roller or brush. Priming is not necessary.The 2. fresh coating is to be sand holohedral with quartz sand granularity 0,1 0,5 to guarantee a optimal adhesion of the tile adhesive. Areas which are susceptible to cracks are to be strengthened with a reinforcement fabric. After the drying process (approx. 24 h after the 2. coating) Alfa BalconySEAL is totally resilient and ready to be tiled on. Alfa BalconySEAL bridges cracks up to 7mm and is free of solvents, bitumen and water. Attributes:- for exterior- waterproof- permanently elastic- UV-resistant - can be tiled on- very low-emission- free of solvents and bitumen
